Why do I need a credit card if the plan is free?

Your subscription is free. But when your twin talks to customers, it uses AI—and AI costs money per conversation. We charge you for actual usage (typically $25-200/month for most businesses). The card lets us bill for that. You set your own spending limit. We'll never exceed it.

What if my twin gets a lot of traffic?

More conversations = more AI costs. But also more customers served without hiring staff. Most businesses find the ROI obvious—a $0.05 conversation that books a $50 reservation pays for itself instantly.

What's the difference between Free and Growth?

Free gives you 16 modules (Navigator, customer service, brand rep, etc.). Growth ($18/mo) adds industry-specific modules: restaurant menus, fitness bookings, retail inventory—the tools your vertical needs.

Do I pay per team member?

No. Add your whole team—no per-seat pricing. Your subscription covers the platform. You only pay for AI usage when your twin actually talks to customers.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime. Upgrade and you get instant access to new modules. Downgrade and it takes effect next billing cycle—you keep current access until then.
